For some reason I just don’t like the CC licenses. Never have.
I’ve voted against the change, even though I know I’m in the minority here.

Good for you! I myself am in favour of the change, but there are plenty of people who aren’t.

May I ask why?
Is there specific wording in the license that you dislike, or is this the whole strong/weak copyleft thing?
Of course
And the truthful answer: I don’t know why. I’ve known about the CC licenses since sometime in 2003 or 2004, and I didn’t become active in Wikimedia projects until late 2005. However, I already had a dislike of the CC licenses before coming to Wikimedia.
I can’t say it’s directly related to the relicensing issue, as it seems to be a more general dislike of the licenses themselves. You probably could chalk it up the strong/weak debate, as I am in favor of strongly-worded licenses, no matter how free they may be.
Something about requiring the full text of the license makes me feel warm and fuzzy…maybe its because I get this false sense of people understanding what they’re doing with free content when they have to jump through hoops to use it. That being said, we all know that this isn’t true, because nobody understands the GFDL
